West Virginia to Pennsylvania - Running the State Border without Biscuits

Somebody was thinking about me when they planned this trail. From mile 0.0 in Weirton, West Virginia (Harmon Creek Road from Highway 22), it is a 3.1-mile (5K) run on a wide, empty beautiful rail-to-trail to the border of Pennsylvania. All state lines/borders should be like this. It is the kind of trail that you would like to run EVERY day, and one that should offer at least 3 good seasons. While others in Weirton might be munching at Tudor Biscuit House, I am finding my inspiration out here. Some of the border runs feel contrived, but this is a real run. This is one of the reasons I first devised a Crazy Ass Running Plan. #CARPe Thanks, Pennsylvania & West Virginia.
