Virginia to West Virginia - Run without the Governor

My sister crawled out of bed at 5:30 AM to drop me off in Virginia before the morning traffic made Route 340 busy and treacherous. Well, I was the only person out there running, but lots of others had the same brilliant idea to hit the road early. My mother used to tell me (regarding the wee hours of the night) that "there are only 2 kinds of people out there at that hour: drunks & fools". I think that I can substitute "people going to work & people with a  Crazy Ass Running Plan. #CARPe" You can decide which is which.
