Kentucky - Virginia - Running the Cumberland Gap

Great fall trail run! Fallen leaves carpeted the trail as I took a cut-through that hundreds of thousands had used to pass through the mountains. It still had some hills and I used my recent altitude training in Wyoming & Idaho to trudge on.
