Utah - Nevada - Running from something Bigger

Wendover Will is 63 feet tall so I anticipated that he would have a greater stride length than me, but I easily took him as I cruised down a hill where they say you can see the curvature of the earth over the salt flats. I didn't see the curvature or the gravity that kept me attached to the earth as it curved - a very important factor with MY downhill speed.
