Pennsylvania - New Jersey - George Washington crossed the Delaware HERE using a (Durham?) boat on Christmas night in 1776. I ran across it in better weather. Not really revolutionary, but fun. This is a great place to run, with flat paths beside the river on both sides that go on for miles & miles.
Map #CARPe - Crazy Ass Running Plan
The Continental Army retreated from New Jersey to Pennsylvania and later attacked back to New Jersey. I attacked first and then retreated.
