New Jersey - Delaware - Find & Run the State Line

Find & run the state line. There are really only 2 options for crossing the border: run the long I-295 bridge (illegal) or take advantage of the changes in the flow of the Delaware River since the original state line was established. Unfortunately, the second option is a U.S. government site used in the dredging of the river. What to do???
