Maryland - District of Columbia - A Taxing Run for Congress

Maryland - District of Columbia.  There might be "Taxation without Representation" in the District of Columbia, but DC gets included in the list of State Lines run. I had run another part of the C&O Towpath last year near Harper's Ferry.
