I don't think that I want to run the entire Appalachian Trail (or even one direction of a thousand-plus miles whether I choose north or south - an interesting distinction at Harper's Ferry, the site of so much Civil War history). However, I saw a few of the thru-hikers & frankly, their goal fits in nicely with my Crazy Ass Running Plan. #CARPe
