Kansas - Oklahoma - Running with the Buffalo

Kansas  - Oklahoma  State border run  near Joplin Missouri & closer to Downstream Casino in OK. Buffaloes grazing nearby. Tri state area with MO KS OK. This marker was moved in 2004 but the buffalo don't seem to care.
